We currently manage 5 different heards on our hunting grounds. Each year our clients take gold medal goats with some taken being record class trophies. These animals live in some of the most difficult terrain you can imagine and combined with their great eyesight and sense of smell makes them a truely challenging hunt. Our hunting grounds vary from open hill to forestry . Goats are brousers and they can do a lot of damage to trees and forestry. The females and young live away from the males but just like deer they come together for the rut, which again like the deer is from September through to October and at this time of the year groups of males fight over the females, also at this time you can smell them well before you see them.
