Payment and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 20% must be paid before the booking can be confirmed. The balance of the fee must be paid at least 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. Payment can be made by direct transfer to our bank account. Please ensure that you provide your details on the transfer to avoid confusion.
Cancelation
A cancelation can only be accepted if it is sent in writing to us by letter or email. Your deposit is non refundable.
Cancelation fees apply as follows: (if you cancel between)
Between 2 and 4 weeks prior to arrival 50%
2 weeks prior to arrival 100%
The cancelation fee is dependent on the date we receive notice of your cancelation in writing.
No refunds or adjustments will be made for portions of the trip or services not used by the customer.
Insurance
All Hunting Activities are risk sports. Safety equipment must be worn at all times any client who does not listen to what his guide says will not be allowed to hunt. It is recommended that all customers take out personal accident as well as travel insurance, as River and Field Adventures Ireland can in no way be held responsible for accident, loss, damage or injury to the person or baggage. We hold no responsibility for damage, injury or otherwise during the course of your vacation. We Can provide insurance at an extra cost if you so require
